#288 - Returning

The holiday was already over, the family was pretty quiet, and we didn’t step on our toes too much; I pity the weather that didn’t allow us to spend any time sunbathing by the lake.
So I remained mozzarella-coloured, apart from the slight mason’s tan on my arms (taken on the trip to Klausen).
There are a few scattered photos on Flickr of Tenna,...

#271 - One to one, ball in the centre

As expected, yesterday was a draw; today, I had an afternoon and evening engagement and another draw. In all this, I think I’m sick and tired of seeing other people’s holiday pictures, so I’m going to avoid opening Facebook over the next few days (if you send me a private message there, I won’t read it, because I’ve completely disabled email alerts)....

# 179 - Welcome back, Madina

On May 2, Madina finally re-opened in Venice.
The renovated shop is definitely very nice, spacious, the products are much more ordered and visible. The atmosphere is that of a much more professional brand. All products have a new packaging, more comfortable and clearer than before; some products have been renewed in the formula but they are also their best sellers that were sold out for a while....

#125 - Habemus Passport

Renewing my passport was less painful than I thought it would be. It was enough to follow the online instructions, register and make an appointment, do all the paperwork (I managed to do it all on a Saturday), go to the appointment, and after 15 working days (so I was told, I applied on 17 February, the passport was issued on 27 February) call to find out if it was ready and go and pick it up....

#87 - Milan between the wars

If laziness does not take over, today we will see the exhibition Milan between the two wars. Discovering the city of the Navigli through the photographs of Arnaldo Chierichetti at Palazzo Morando, which runs until 13 February.
I am going to see it mainly because

A large section is dedicated to the Navigli, which for more than seven centuries lapped the banks of Milan....

#49 - Urban Decay Naked3

In addition to a cough, Christmas brought me a much-desired present: the Naked3.
It looks much better in person than all the photos one can find online (including those on the official website, which don’t give the idea at all).
Yesterday I tried two colours, the first from the left (Strange) as an illuminant and the fifth (Buzz) on the mobile eyelid: as in general for the colours of the other palettes,...

#13 - Sucked into the vortex

The new job is demanding, to put it mildly.
So I am already starting to run out of time to write, or at least to write something structured and meaningful.
For example, I would have liked to write about the palette I got from Douglas in Boulevard de Beauté (which cost a good six euros),...
