23rd of June

On 23 June 1998, 25 years ago, I graduated in Philosophy. Many little things went wrong, but I was thrilled because it was over; I had the degree in my pocket.

On 23 June 2016, 7 years ago, there was the infamous referendum on the UK remaining in the European Union.

On 23 June 2023, this year, there was the Muse concert in Glasgow.
It was a bit of Sonoria 2, the revenge: we were in a park, and it rained for most of the concert, but mainly at the beginning, so they started playing 20 minutes later. Since the curfew was at 11, we missed songs like Undisclosed Desires and Resistance (but also Bliss and Verona, if I understood correctly).
No mud, thankfully, because there was grass, but much appreciation for Matt Bellamy, who did a couple of songs on the catwalk while it was pouring.

Great show, despite everything.
But standing outdoor concerts in the future, thanks, but no thanks.
I am too old for this shit.
