I did my duty

Since the consulate had not only already sent me the envelope to vote but also to the correct address, I thought it was useless to hesitate, so I voted, and this morning I posted the letter.
It was tough to decide, but as I always remember on these occasions, voting is a right but also a duty.
I do not express my political opinions publicly because I think it is more important to remember two things rather than to take sides with a party:

– get informed, get informed, get informed. Beware of sources and campaign manipulations. Looking at other parties’ election programmes even if you already know what to vote for. It never hurts; it is never enough.

-vote. It doesn’t matter who or what; a blank and void ballot are acceptable, in my opinion, but it’s essential to do it. It’s a duty; it’s a right; exercise it

And for this year, I would say that the rant ends here.
