#78 - Creative WP-250 earphones

Yesterday I was unlucky and unfortunately broke my beloved earphones. After more than two years of honourable service, in which I have mistreated them in every possible way, I was putting them on, and the plastic covering the cables connecting the two earbuds came off. They still work, but the damage will likely get worse with use.
So I didn’t think twice: I repurchased them.
I am talking about the Creative WP-250, wireless sports headphones.
I love them because, first of all, they are wireless, and that’s something that once you’ve tried, you don’t go back, no matter how convenient it is. Then because the sound quality is excellent, I am pretty picky in that respect. Finally, they have a microphone and call handling, and for me, who only uses them with my mobile phone, both to listen to music and to handle calls, they are ultra-comfortable.
They certainly don’t cost little, but I have mistreated them without restraint, and I must say that they are much, much more robust than any earphones, which, as and how I usually use them, last very little indeed (more or less six months, against the two years of these).
In short, the price is amply amortised by the durability.
There are also two other non-headset versions, but I have never tried them (I get annoyed with such big ones).
This is a personal opinion not sponsored by the manufacturer.
