#8 - Inbox 1

Like many others, I leave a few emails in my inbox to remind me to reply, do something, or whatever.
After a lot of effort, I arrived at just one message yesterday, but it is hard to get rid of because it reminds me that I have to finish writing my CV in English.
I deliberately said finish writing because it is not a simple translation. Still, I am adding details and information that I have never added to my CV before, such as a list of the technologies used for each job or a description of the company; this last thing makes perfect sense for a CV that you are sending abroad since it is not at all taken for granted that you know the companies mentioned.
Yesterday, I took up the challenging task again for the umpteenth time. Since I had forgotten some details of old jobs, things done before 2004, I took out my portfolio, i.e. a printed visual version of my CV, which I have not updated since then (it is exhausting, and for a developer, it does not make much sense, although it does have a particular effect).
I got lost in reviewing certain things and looking for traces of them online; for example, my first site, entirely developed by me, graphics, HTML, and database, has not been online for some time (it was 1999), and unfortunately, there are no images on the Internet Archive.
But I have discovered some funny things: a company that in 1999 had a site made with frames has since become a spa, and the site is now made in Joomla (the 1999 site was almost graphically prettier).

So I stayed at Inbox 1. I swear I will finish today.
