Sometimes, in the film scene, a film appears that does not have much to do with the rest.
Forget the plots and twists you’re used to, the narrative mode now almost obvious, the speed of the story (yes, it is slow, but its slowness is absolutely functional).
Forget all the rest and watch this film gloomy, ferocious, dreamy, sarcastic, full of food for thought, set in a magnificent London / a decadent Mean Mean City.
And then tell me if you did not like it.
I will wait and watch.
